Hey guys, been heading to the gym, benching about 40 - 60 kg, 70 kg Max weight.. and carrying 8 - 10 kg for bicep curls,
how do i get a good lean sexy body, but not too bulky? ones similar to a surfers body.

please guide me the ways of building up muscles and what are the routines?

    Well from past experiences the first thing you want to do is get away from reps. The more reps you do with less weight = more bulk. What you can try is to actually bulk yourself, if any, to the preferred look then start getting ripped. When i say ripped, the thing you wanna do is actually work on getting stronger. Like do less reps but more weight. Like instead of 10kg and 20 reps do like 20 kgs at 10 reps. But take into consideration i am not an expert at this but i have lifted weights when i train to box, And i was getting pretty cut if you know what i mean.

    im used to lbs so im not positive how much weight you are doing. but that really isn’t important. the best way to get lean and cut is to do more reps and less weight. reps are the number of times you lift the wieghts and a set is how many times you perform the reps continuously. i would suggest 3-4 sets of about 10-12 reps of moderate weight. to lose any excess fat you want to run everyday for about 30 min. that will increase your metabolism, and burn fat and calories.
