Try the smokey look. They always make eyes look sexy. If you have a grey/charcoal eyeshadow use it all over your lids and line underneath your bottom eyelashes with the shadow as well. For right above the crease of your eyelids up to your brow use a light color like a lighter gray almost white or silver. Go to maccosmetics.com and look at some of their pictures and colors. I always go to them for ideas. And try to use a brush instead of the usual applicator.

maybe use some eyeliner and some mascarra. i use black eyeliner and jet black mascarra and i have light brown eyes sort of like a honey color

bedroom eyes are sexy. just use a shimmery shadow that compliments your eyes. eye liner on the top lid is good, but get an eyeliner brush. dip it in a little water and then use a brown or maybe purple eyeshadow to line your eyes. then a little mascara.
clinique has this really great highlighter–it’s a silvery looking powder (kind of like a bronzer, without the darkneing). just use a fingertip to rub it over the apples of your cheeks and your nose. it makes you look a little sunkissed.

Try cat eye. It will give you a sexy look. You need to buy a black pencil eyeliner and a dark gray (blackish) eyeshadow from MAC. You also need a light pink eyeshadow from Almay. This is what you do: apply the light shadow on your upper lid, all the way to your brow bone. Then apply your upper eyeliner in a shape of a straight line toward a 30 degree higher than the outer corner of your eyes. Apply the liner also to the lower rim of your eye. The apply the dark eyehsadow in the shape of < and > to the upper outer corner of your eyes. Do not forget to apply a nice black shade mascara as well. For Mascara, try Loreal’s Voluminous. If you are going out in the evening try smoking your eyes out with a dark eyeshadow such as a black one, also apply eyeliner and mascara too so it brings out the color in your eyes. finish the look off by wearing neutral colored lipgloss.

ok sleep with an extra pillow at night it makes eyes look better in the morning coz of the body fluids that puffes will go down and not up to the eye and then try some dry eye liner
